Scott holds a MA degree in Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Economics and Communications from Northwestern University. He studied at Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Instituto de Administración de Empresas (INCAE). Scott's influence within the B2G sales and procurement landscapes has been transformative for the companies he influenced. His strategic acumen has not only secured significant contracts but has redefined how startups engage with government agencies.

Over the course of his career, Scott has leveraged his extensive experience to ensure companies achieve substantial growth in government sectors. Within a year, his performance led to securing tens of millions of dollars in contracts for one startup. For another startup, and in his role as Head of Public Sector, he was pivotal in obtaining a colossal multibillion Federal contract, as part of a large team of government solutions providers. Prior to his current career in B2G revenue generation, Scott’s leadership spans two decades across Federal and Local government levels, where he developed a keen understanding of policy implementation and its implications.

If you’re trying to find Scott outside of work, you might look for him traveling between Washington, DC and New York, walking when most would drive, spending time with his daughter, or contemplating another swim across the East River. Scott has logged over 650 days in an unwavering commitment on Duolingo, transforming his brain into a multilingual fortress.
