Kate (she/her/hers) is a Senior Product Manager at AidKit. In this role, she leads cross-functional teams to develop data-driven, compliance-focused solutions that help state agencies, local governments, and nonprofits deliver large-scale relief more efficiently. Prior to joining AidKit, she served as a Senior Product Manager at Research Improving People’s Lives (RIPL), where she led the design and implementation of impactful tools for the New Jersey Department of Labor and the Arkansas Workforce Cabinet—ranging from a first-of-its-kind payroll tool to an AI-driven talent acquisition platform.

Before RIPL, Kate spent over four years at Morphisec, rising from Product Operations Manager to Senior Product Manager. There, she managed multiple globally distributed Scrum teams, guided a full user interface overhaul, and introduced enterprise-level analytics features essential for closing multi-million-dollar partnerships. Throughout her career, Kate has excelled at simplifying complex regulatory workflows, improving user adoption, and delivering under tight deadlines.
